We understand plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both travelers and the suppliers we book on your behalf.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
If a US Department of State Level 4 advisory is issued for your destination, or if government-mandated travel restrictions prevent your trip, we will offer either a full trip credit (valid 24 months) or a refund of all recoverable supplier costs (typically 70–85% of trip value).
Because Egypt trip components are non-refundable at the supplier level within 45 days of departure, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance with "cancel for any reason" (CFAR) upgrade if flexibility matters to you.
Send a written request to sales@havanatravelegypt.com including your booking reference. Cancellations are effective on the date we receive your written request during business hours (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm ET).
