These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Havana Travel Egypt's website and travel services. By booking a trip or using our website you agree to these Terms.
Havana Travel Egypt is a US-registered limited liability company. Registered address: 2768 Joes Road, Palenville, NY 12463. Owner: James Roberts.
All bookings become binding only when we issue a written booking confirmation and receive your deposit. Verbal quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing.
A 25% deposit is due at booking confirmation. Final balance is due 45 days prior to departure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfer.
All prices are quoted in USD and are per person based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated. Prices are guaranteed once your deposit clears, except for government-imposed taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency-fluctuation clauses formally reserved in your invoice.

Requested changes after confirmation are subject to supplier availability and may incur a $75 administrative fee plus any supplier-imposed differences.
Occasionally we may need to change your itinerary due to weather, security, supplier failure, or force majeure. We will always offer the closest reasonable alternative or a proportionate refund.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), the correct visa, and any required vaccinations for Egypt. We provide guidance but cannot bear liability for denied entry.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. We are not licensed to sell insurance — we can refer you to reputable US providers.
Havana Travel Egypt acts as an intermediary between you and independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise operators, guides). We select suppliers with due care but cannot be liable for their acts or omissions where those are outside our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the affected trip.
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control including war, terrorism, epidemic, natural disaster, industrial action, or government action.
If you have a concern during your trip, please raise it immediately with your guide or our 24/7 coordinator. Complaints not resolved in-country should be submitted in writing within 28 days of returning home to sales@havanatravelegypt.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greene County, New York.
