Arrive to Cairo, North Africa’s largest city. Upon arrival into Cairo international airport, you will be met by Misr travel tour manager who will issue your entry visa (included) and escort you through customs and immigration formalities. Transfer from the airport to your chosen hotel by private air conditioned deluxe coach.

Complete your exploration by visiting the Solar Boat Museum, where you find the 142-feet-long funerary barge of Cheops. Stop for lunch at local quality restaurant, before driving to the Egyptian Museum, home of the most extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts in the world, including the priceless treasures of King Tutankhamen, Egypt's most famous teenage king. View the famed Royal Mummy hall, where nine mummified bodies of ancient royals can be seen on display including Ramses II. Afterwards, tour Coptic Cairo to Visit the Hanging Church of St. Mary and Ben Ezra synagogue. Next, stroll into Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, a colorful marketplace in the city’s old district.

Transfer to Cairo airport for short flight to Luxor, site of the ancient city of Thebes. Meet upon arrival and transfer to board your luxury Nile Cruise. After lunch, meet your Tour Guide for a tour of the monumental temple complex at karnak, the largest religious building ever constructed. Walk through this extraordinary open-air museum and into the Great Court, into the Great Hypostyle hall of 134 columns towering above you like an ancient forest. Continue to the rock-cut temple of Queen Hatshepsut, Egypt’s only female ruler, rising out of the desert plain in a series of terraces. Later, this afternoon, visit the stunning temple of Luxor which was once connected with Karnak temple via 2 kilometers long avenue of Sphinxes. Your cruise ship sails from Luxor to Edfu via Esna lock. As you go upstream, you will view rural life in Egypt, methods of irrigation, farming, and animals. Disembark from your Zahra cruise after breakfast, morning free at leisure. Alternatively ,opt to visit Abu Simbel temples to see the impressive twin temples of Ramses II and his wife Queen Nefertari. The entire site was disassembled and moved to its current location to save it from the floodwaters caused by the Aswan High Dam. Transfer to Aswan airport for the flight back to Cairo.
